
Corrigan Sports Receives OPRF Business Leader Award
Oakland, CA – On Thursday, May 12th at the Hub in Oakland, Lee Corrigan, president of Corrigan Sports Enterprises, was honored with the Business Leader Award at the Oakland Parks and Rec Foundation’s annual A Taste of Spring event. Corrigan was given the award for bringing, creating and staging Oakland’s best party, the Oakland Running Festival, which just wrapped up its seventh year.
The night featured great food and drinks, silent and live auction items. Also being honored that night is Audree Jones-Taylor for her 12-year run as the director of OPR, with this year’s Anne Woodell Community Award.
