USATF Sanctions Oakland Running Festival Relay

Oakland, CA (November 11, 2018) — Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) announced today USA Track & Field has sanction the 2019 Oakland Running Festival four-person team relay as one of its official Pacific Association Championship races. USATF PA offers teams the opportunity to compete for points and a prize purse.

The purse and points for the event will be the same as any other road relay race. Each leg of the Oakland Running Festival relay will vary slightly in distance and terrain with two of the four legs crossing the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.

Non USATF PA teams are also encouraged to compete in the 10th anniversary of the Oakland Running Festival on March 24.
